By accessing our website and placing orders with Viktech Fittings, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all domestic transactions within India and international export transactions worldwide.

1. Scope of Business
Viktech Fittings is engaged in the supply and export of:

• Industrial Pipe Fittings

• Flanges

• Gaskets & Sealing Solutions

• Fasteners & Stud Bolts

• Valves & Industrial Components

We serve domestic industries and international EPC contractors, traders, and project buyers.

2. Orders & Contract Formation

• Orders are confirmed only upon written acceptance or Proforma Invoice issued by Viktech Fittings.

• For international buyers, a signed Sales Contract or PO acceptance is mandatory.

• Once production begins, cancellation may incur charges.
   

3. Pricing Policy
Domestic Orders (Within India)

• Prices are quoted in INR unless otherwise specified.

• GST will be applicable as per government regulations.
   

International Orders (Export)

• Prices may be quoted in USD or other agreed foreign currency.

• Export pricing may vary based on Incoterms (FOB, CIF, CFR, EXW, FCA).

• All bank charges outside India shall be borne by the buyer.

Prices are subject to raw material fluctuation, freight changes, and currency variation.

4. Payment Terms
Domestic Transactions

• Advance payment / Against Proforma Invoice / Credit (if approved).

• Delayed payments may attract interest charges.
   

International Transactions

• T/T Advance

• LC (Letter of Credit) at Sight (subject to approval)

• Other mutually agreed terms

All international payments must be received in full before dispatch unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Delivery & Shipping
Domestic Delivery

• Delivery within India through approved logistics partners.

• Risk transfers upon dispatch unless otherwise agreed.
   

International Shipping

• Shipment shall be made as per agreed Incoterms.

• Export documentation includes Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, and other required documents.

• Viktech Fittings is not liable for delays caused by customs, port congestion, or international freight disruptions.
   

6. Inspection & Quality Assurance

• All materials are supplied with Mill Test Certificates (MTC) where applicable.

• Third-party inspection (TPI) can be arranged at buyer’s request.

• Buyers must inspect goods immediately upon receipt.

Claims must be reported:

• Domestic: Within 3 days of delivery

• International: Within 7 days of cargo arrival
   

7. Warranty & Liability

• Warranty covers manufacturing defects only.

• No warranty for misuse, improper installation, or storage negligence.

• Liability is strictly limited to replacement or refund of defective goods.

• Viktech Fittings shall not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses including project delays or production shutdown.

8. Customs & Import Regulations (International Buyers)

• Buyers are responsible for compliance with local import laws and duties in their respective country.

• Any additional taxes, customs duties, or clearance charges shall be borne by the buyer.
   

9. Force Majeure
Viktech Fittings shall not be liable for delays due to circumstances beyond control including:

• Natural disasters

• Government regulations

• Trade restrictions

• Labor strikes

• Transportation disruptions
   

10. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, product descriptions, technical documents, and website materials remain the property of Viktech Fittings and may not be used without written permission.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
For Domestic Transactions:
Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, India.
For International Transactions:
Contracts shall be governed by Indian law unless otherwise mutually agreed in writing. Arbitration may be considered for cross-border disputes.

12. Amendments
Viktech Fittings reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website.
